Cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Rooms felt cramped, especially for families!!! One communal washing machine is a hassle during peak times!!! I need more than just a single couch in a family suite!!!

The location of the property is outstanding, just steps away from the gondola. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy for our family to prepare meals. The patio with a garden view became our favorite morning spot, offering stunning views of Mont Blanc.

The jacuzzis could use a boost in temperature. they were only lukewarm during our stay.

Spa facilities were clean and well-maintained, though jacuzzis lacked sufficient warmth. Check-in timing at 5 PM felt quite late, especially after a long journey.
